8. El Sueño de Picasso, The Serras Hotel

Facing the bright blue sea and Barcelona’s port at the iconic Passeig de Colom, El Sueño is just as dreamy as its name would have you believe. Atop a fancy boutique hotel called @theserrasbarcelona, expect an evening of luxury with an entrancing ambiance. During the weekends, some of the best DJs in Barcelona make their mark in this lovely rooftop. The surroundings are positively breathtaking, and the food is some of the best on this list, with carefully crafted cocktails to boot.

7. Terraza 360º, Barceló Raval Hotel

Standing on an 11th floor of the iconic and diverse Raval downtown neighborhood, Terraza 360º offers one of the widest views throughout Barcelona. 3. La Isabela, Hotel 1898
